Returns & refunds

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact tenniscountdown.support@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Return condition

For change-of-mind returns, the calendar must be unused, with all ornaments and accessories, in its original packaging. Opening the outer packaging to inspect the product does not by itself prevent a return. These conditions do not limit requests concerning faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect goods.

Free return shipping

TennisCountdown pays all return postage costs and does not charge a restocking fee. We will provide the return destination and a prepaid label or another company-paid return method. Follow our instructions rather than sending the parcel to an address printed on the original package.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Refunds cover the amount actually paid for the returned items. Discounts are not refunded as additional cash. For a partial return of a discounted multipack, we refund the proportional share actually paid for each returned calendar without removing the discount from the items kept. Currency rounding is adjusted on the final returned item so that the total refund does not exceed the original amount paid.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete items

Contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return postage. Please retain the affected items and packaging until we provide instructions.
